Adding chrome to a car or truck has been the ultimate compliment for decades. Wander back to the 50’s with all the big fins and fancy tail lights, and you found chrome. On the bumpers, on the side trim pieces, on the Continental Kits, on the car emblems, on the grilles, around the lights, it was everywhere. And for a small investment in some Chrome Polish, you could shine it up in a heartbeat, and that stuff protected the chrome forever. It was like car wax for chrome!

Now days, it still works. For a lot of the same things, too! Chrome continues to add class and style to bumpers, side trim, grilles, light covers, emblems, and fender skirts. It can also be added to front end deflectors, vent visors, rocker panels, door pillar covers, pickup bed rails & skins, tail gate guards, door handles, fuel doors, exhaust tips, and on and on! And that only covers the outside of your ride. Inside there are loads of chromable things too – like knobs, handles, mirrors, dash plates, glove box fronts, consoles, door panels, and step plates. There really is no limit, except your own imagination!

One of the cleanest looking chrome add-ons are the nerf bars or steps. If you were around back in the 50’s, chrome side pipes was a big deal, and really dressed up the bottom of the car or truck you were driving. The nerf bars create the same look, down under the rocker panels, shining like silver! And unlike their exhaust system counterpart years ago, the side steps are actually functional and helpful. Mounted on a pickup truck or SUV, they provide a big assist in getting you up into the cab, or even the back seat. With rubber steps, they also help you get up there safely – especially nice in bad weather!

All add a nice touch of class to your rig, and a nice leg up.
